Union Organizers are a union representative who "organizes" or unionizes non-union workers, companies, or worksites, or provides opportunities for non-union workers who would like to join in working for the union.

Seeking job opportunities for members and contractors.
Being a voice for non-union employees working in unsafe or illegal conditions – Raising awareness of the standard for safety and training in the State of Indiana Piping Industry – Highlighting the superior end product provided by the ISPTA Piping Professionals by their high quality work which produces greater safety for the general public.
Answering questions from non-union employees about their rights as workers.
Providing the opportunity for workers to gain a voice in their workplace and earn higher wages and benefits by helping them form a union at their workplace or join a Local Union.
